About

Security work, explained like a person wrote it.

I'm Isabella Valiukas, Head Witch at IzzyBizzy Compute. I'm a Brisbane-based security specialist who reviews and tests systems to find the weak spots before attackers do, and I explain what I find in plain English.

Hello

I've spent around four years working in security. I've helped organisations get to grips with the ASD Essential Eight, and I've been called in to work through real breaches: finding out what happened, getting things back under control, and making sure it doesn't happen the same way twice.

That mix of proactive work and incident response shapes how I do reviews and testing. I've seen how attacks actually succeed, so I focus on the weaknesses that really matter, not a long list of theoretical ones.

IzzyBizzy Compute is where I offer that work independently. I don't sell products or take referral fees, so my advice is simply what I think is best for you.

How I work

  • Written scope and authorisation before any testing
  • Plain-English reports with findings ranked by risk
  • Retesting, so you know the fixes worked
  • Client details kept confidential

Experience

  • Essential Eight uplift

Working with clients to assess their gaps against the ASD Essential Eight and raise their maturity in a practical, staged way.

  • Breach response

Helping organisations investigate, contain and recover from real security incidents, then close the gaps that let them happen.

  • Security reviews and testing

Examining how environments are configured and how they hold up against realistic attacks, then explaining the results clearly.
